Returns policy

We hope you love your AQAQ purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that this policy does not apply to items that are faulty or damaged, which are covered by our warranty policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items are refundable unless otherwise stated in the special promotion terms and conditions. Please check the details of the promotion before placing your order.

UK CUSTOMERS 

To return your item, please follow these steps:

Let us know whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange, please specify the size and color of the item you want.

  • We will send you a free returns label once this is complete this can take 24 hours to show in your inbox.
  • Pack your item securely in a suitable box or envelope and send to us.

Please note that International customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing time

We will process your return as soon as possible and notify you by email when we have received your item and issued your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your return. Exchanges will be shipped to you within 14 days of receiving your return.
